Their Instagram presence was great too — very clean, modern, and inviting — which encouraged me to book.

Bailey was wonderful. She has such a charming, fun personality that made the entire experience feel so much more comfortable, especially since waxing can naturally be an awkward process. She was incredibly thorough, explained each step as she went, and asked about my preferences — like whether I wanted a countdown. I’m a naturally chatty person, so I loved that she matched my energy and kept the conversation engaging.**

The receptionist, Paige, was also so gracious when I arrived and when I left. She explained the wait time clearly, offered to throw away some trash for me, and pointed me to the bathroom when I mentioned I had a drink in the car. The bathroom was clean as well, which is always a nice touch.

The studio itself has a modern, tidy ambience with great music, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Meeting a new aesthetician can feel awkward because of the nature of waxing, but the environment and staff made it feel easy and welcoming. Parking was also plentiful, and the location is conveniently near a few spots to grab dinner or a snack afterward.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and felt genuinely cared for from start to finish.“

“I’m 34 years old, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience at a hair salon like this before. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely fun to talk to. We laughed the entire appointment, and I even joked that I’d come back just to sit and drink their amazing tea with them! 😂

Speaking of the tea… I ended up buying the Dandelion Chai Tea and the cutest cool straw because I loved it so much!

I have very thick, wavy hair, and Selina absolutely did her thing! She truly understands the struggles that come with thick hair, listened to exactly what I wanted, and executed it perfectly. It’s such a relief to finally find someone who gets my hair.

The salon has such an organic, cozy, homey vibe that immediately puts you at ease. It doesn’t feel intimidating.. it feels like you’re visiting friends. I also love that it’s right here in my neighborhood.
