Stephen came out within scheduled timeframe. Quickly diagnosed clog defrost drain process on Frig/Freezer. Throughly took everything apart and addressed root cause. He also laid down tarp as he removed ice build up under freezer drawer. Several years ago Dremus repaired defective ice maker. That service was as equally professional.
12/4/23. Dremus came to my house to replace my door handle to the microwave. I was really in need for it because I’ve been struggling with finding a trustworthy company with empathy.
I had a mixed experience with this business. When I called for an appointment, they texted me 2 different blocks of time that they might use. I asked them to text me when someone was enroute, but they didn't do that. I had lots of errands to run that day, and luckily I just happened to be home when the repairman arrived. He was able to troubleshoot my problem quickly. It was a simple wire short. I feel like the cost was fair. The technician did NOT try to upsell or cheat me. I would use this business in the future for appliance repair, but I will definitely emphasize that I need a firm window of time and I need a text when the technician is enroute.
