Dealing with sick, injured, and aging pets can be a very challenging and emotional experience, and we have always felt cared for and completely satisfied and confident with the care our dogs have received. “My family has had great experience with Winter Place and the staff. They were very compassionate when we had to put our Lilly down over a year ago and have been helping up with some skin issues with our Puppy Charlie. Getting an appointment can take some time but I almost always get a call for a cancellation and I get in a lot sooner. They seem very organized. Highly recommend.“

“Great service. This was the closest so less time for my pet to be in the car because they dont like it. They got me in quickly and got us out just as fast while hearing any concerns that I had. This was just an annual check up so I am not sure if emergency appointments are treated differently. While my pet was really unhappy about it they treated her great and did what was needed quickly to avoid most discomfort on her part.“

“Dr. Wygal has been our families veterinarian for 27 years. She is wonderful and so gentle with the animals. I love having her come to the house and do her routine visits. I take the dogs to a clinic for any surgeries needed. Dr. Wygal has watched my three children grow up into adults & met my grandchild. She had been part of our family and always will be.“

“I've used them over the past 6 months. I had an older dog that got to the point in March where she could no longer stand. They worked to find a same day schedule opening despite me being an hour away. Having to watch a pet die is horrific but Dr. Culver helped me get through it. The service was very humane.
Unfortunately, I had another dog that was very ill. I decided to use Evergreen for in home palliative care. After the initial visit, Kayla (sometimes Sky) would check in with me each week - no additional charges. Evergreen helped guide me - did not push additional visits or undue medications. When the end approached a few days ago, they help me made the agonizing end of life decision. I was able to get a next day appointment. Dr. Culver was excellent again.
They will also make arrangements with a funeral home to do body pick up and cremation. For those of us who don't want to transport a body, it's a great option despite the cost. Both establishments they used for me were very professional.
Based on my experiences, I'd highly recommend Evergreen for in home palliative and end of life care.“

“Lotus Veterinary is fantastic. Dr. Mehari and his staff helped my dog during an emergency. They saw us immediately and addressed my dog’s problems quickly. They were compassionate and gentle with my elderly dog. Their fees were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Dr Mehari and Lotus.“

“My cat had a tumor which was removed but pathology found it be large cell lymphoma which didn’t give her but a year with therapy. My cat’s doctor was so compassionate and made me feel all my decisions were the best we could do. I also received a beautiful card with hand written sentiment from Dr. Boehland. Highly recommend this establishment.“
