Hands down the absolute best and most professional service we have ever had at a Vet!!! Midnight til 230 am felt like a breeze instead of a heartache. We were kept informed throughout the process and never felt that an upsell was being initiated like other vets do in our time of distress. Thanks so much for everything your staff did for us!!

The only negative thing I can say about PetsER is that the wait time was a bit long, however I did not bring my dog there for anything life threatening. Other than that this place is a 10/10. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Drewer was extremely thorough in her exam and testing for my dog. She is very good at “dumbing things down” and explaining her thoughts in a way anyone can understand so they feel confident that their pet is receiving great care. Hopefully we never have to, but I would absolutely bring my dog to PetsER again.!

Our 2 year old lab/retriever mix started vomiting in the early hours and it continued on through out the day. I called Pets ER and asked about pricing and was given an estimate. Took the dog over to be checked over, most importantly to see if there was an obstruction. This place was very quick, thorough and very helpful. The vet was patient with my questions and gave great instructions to follow once we got home. And came in $3 less than the price over the phone. Our fur baby is home and 4 days later he is back to being his playful happy self. Thank you Pets ER!!
