We go every day almost and we have made a bunch of friends there and it's more like a community/family than a gym. Of course there's the normal few that refuse to conform but the manager does not play any games with the disrespect of people as well as the gym itself or anybody just acting stupid almost hurting themselves or others. They always keep it clean and there's tanning beds and showers and a scale plus a community board with business card. Rules are posted everywhere as well as memos. Due to childhood trauma I hated gyms, but I love this one!!!!“
