Great small town gym. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
About Delmar Fitness
Delmar Fitness is a great, small, clean, and quiet local gym with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It has everything needed despite its size and is not overly crowded. The staff is nice, courteous, and knowledgeable, creating a family-like environment. Some machines are old and need attention, and the tanning beds do not work very well. Overall, it is a good gym that is highly recommended.

Delmar Fitness is the best fitness center on the shore! The atmosphere is friendly and everyone is treated like family. It truly has a 'Cheers'-esque feel. I have known and worked with Rich for over a decade. He is friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable: a very rare and welcome combination! I HIGHLY recommend it!!
This is the great place to exercise! It’s home feeling. A lot of us don’t have home GYM but going here is just like you are at home and exercising! They care about you and they provide everything for us to get healthier and happier in our lives. I highly recommend this place to everyone and I personally thank them for everything they do for us!
Thanks to Rich for his hardworking and generous support!
God bless them all🤘😊
