This place is great! Small, clean and quiet! Despite its size, it has everything you would need. The owner Rich, is the kindest man as well, and the atmosphere was always so friendly and welcoming. Sadly I am moving to a different state, so it’s going to be hard to find another small gym that is even half as great.
The gym is local, the staff when we signed up were really nice. But some of the machines are old and need some TLC. The tanning beds not sure when the last time the bulbs were changed but they don’t work very well with trying to get tan. Overall though good gym and nice staff
I want to shout out my personal trainer Greg Farrare who is definitely a motivating, professional, knowledgeable trainer who truly cares about his clients. He creates tailored work out plans to suit my individual needs. He listens to what my goals are and even works out with me which is very motivating. I would highly recommend him.
