I rented from Adam’s housing for the span of nearly 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their staff is incredibly attentive and the leasing process was simple, affordable, and easy. I would highly recommend renting from them if you get the chance to do so!

We went to see the house. The location is great! Quiet neighborhood and the house is beautiful! Christina is very pleasant and down to earth! I recommend Adams Housing to anyone who is looking for a great rental experience! I give today, two thumbs up!

I really enjoyed living here. It was my first place with my boyfriend and we lived in the apartments downtown. The elevator was very convenient and the neighbors were very friendly. I never heard any noise coming from the neighbor down the hall and he never complained about any noise on our end. Felt like the security deposit check I received back was fair ish. Can’t complain. The only thing I can complain about is the dryer didn’t work very well and I had to run it 2-3 times to fully dry a load of laundry and no I didn’t overpack it.
