A Salisbury Local’s Review: RENT HERE! Aaliyah was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. She worked with me from start to finish via email, telephone, and in person. Her customer service is exceptional, and this place is amazing. RENT HERE! And if management sees this, give her & the staff a raise they are all truly amazing. Their office is also very clean, welcoming, smells great, has snacks, etc.! Love love love this place! Don’t shop anywhere else in Salisbury.

We were in dire straits last year as the Pandemic took a hold and strangled the country we live in and love! Fairfax took a chance on us, and rented us a very nice home that was better then we actually were seeking! Thanks, and as a husband and father, I am always indebted to you!James B

I lived there during my Senior year and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. The staff is very professional, helpful, and the maintenance crew are quick to do a good job.
