I recently had an issue with my wash and fold service, and Erika went above and beyond to make it right. She was prompt in responding when I shared my concern and personally took the time to pick up and drop off my items to ensure everything was corrected quickly and efficiently. Her communication was timely, and she showed great empathy throughout the process. I was well pleased with the sewing JOB they did. I'm always pleased with them that is Y I go to them.....I have yet to use their drying cleaning but I'm sure it is a good job that they do as well....the lady who helped me was so kind and also pointed out that my hem has to do be done. You won't be disappointed going to Zip's Cleaners. Their services include dry cleaning, laundry and alterations. I have been pleased with the results from each.
