We greatly enjoyed working with WERCO to add a runner to our stairs. Juliana was so helpful and patient as we chose the perfect carpet, she made sure we found what would work best for our needs while staying within our budget. Juliana and the whole installation team have been professional, polite, and so friendly throughout the experience. Would absolutely work with them again!

We didn't want new carpet for our brand new house, but our dog managed to lock himself into one of the bedrooms, and in his angst, managed to not just rip the carpet up but to also remove a chunk of it. Options were patching (cutting a patch from closet) or new carpet-- we opted for new. Werco was prompt, efficient and well priced. Took them about a week to get the carpet on hand, and then they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would to do it. I hope i don't need new carpet for a long time, but if i do, I'm calling Werco in Rockville and asking for Kris.Service: Carpet installation
