Extremely misleading. The steam cleaning special is cleaning with only hot water. They price drastically increases when you ask for cleaning solution to be added. Don't waste your time.

Below is the email I sent to their customer support. They did such a horrible job. The technicians essentially destroyed expensive couches.
Following the technicians’ return to re-clean the couches, cushions, and dining chairs, I remain extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. Their cleaning technique was unstructured, and the application of the cleaning solution was inconsistent, leading to uneven results. We waited for the furniture to dry before fully assess the outcome, but work remains horrible. The couches appear to be water damaged and the fabric seems to be destroyed by the solutions.
A pro came the same day I called. Shampooed and steamed my tempurpedic King mattress. I’ve had this done before and it was no comparison to the job USA has done. I’d recommend this company to all wanting a professional upholstery/mattress or carpet cleaned to perfection.
