I had a great experience at Ultimate Tuning. Eric and the crew helped me out with an exhaust install on my 2020 Explorer ST. It is not an exotic or show car by any means, but they treated it with the same level of care and professionalism you would expect for something far more high end.
They installed my full exhaust and went above and beyond by bringing me into the shop to show me just how bad the previous work was. Master tech and owner Eric and his guys are awesome! They're professional and diligent. Whether it's regular maintenance, engine work, suspension work, or anything else, they will do it right and timely. My old E90 drives like a brand new car because I come to Eric whenever it needs anything.
Eric is direct when it comes to what needs to be done - no half ass jobs and no unnecessary up-sells. He treats customers well and charges very fair rates. He treats every customer fairly because he wants everyone that comes through his shop to be a return customer, and if you're not his customer yet, you need to be.
And I haven't even mentioned how cute his shop puppy Luna is!!!
