I’m so well pleased with the service at Merchon auto body!They waived my deductible and replaced my front bumper and fender with paint!The timing was perfect Tom even helped me set up a rental car with the insurance company in the mean time while my repairs were being done I highly recommend there fantastic!

My experience at Merchons Auto Body was top notch! I was recommended by a close friend in the industry so my expectations were high and they were met and then some. First, Tom explained the entire process when I was unfamiliar with what it could be with insurance involved also waived my $500 deductible . Second, the repair was done in less time that quoted. When I picked up my car I was amazed I couldn’t tell where the damage was whatsoever! If you live in the Rockville area and need auto body work, don't bother going anywhere else or even getting a 2nd quote. THIS is the place to go.5 stars for Tom and his team!

Absolutely love Merchons Autobody I would highly recommend.They had my car back to it’s pre-accident state so quickly I was amazed I was involved in a collision accident I couldn’t believe my eyes I’m so very happy with the results also the customer service is fantastic I was aware of what was going on with my car and the insurance company the whole time very happy I found this place.
