Like others, I was solicited by "Tom" while driving. He claimed he could fix the damage on my car. I told him I was busy so he followed me to my job and stated it would only take a few minutes. He then started to pop out the dent I had in my car as soon as we stopped and used a "body filler" on the affected area he then said he would have to get matching paint to finish the repair, asked for the payment up front while also up-charging the amount he had discussed when initially soliciting me. He told give him a call anytime and he will finish the job. After he received payment which he asked be done through his wifes cashapp I have been unable to get in contact with him. He ignores all calls and text, so I'm assuming he is a scammer. At this point there is unclarity on whether he is actually "Tom" or maybe a disgruntled former employee who also uses the opportunity to ruin the shops reputation. The number he gave linked back to this autoshop though.I know there's is nothing else I can do to get my money back but I just wanted to make those in the future aware of the kind of person they are interacting with.

CAUTION!! Fraud! Garbage. Uses can spray paint. Doesn't even have a paint booth. Over sprayed onto my lights and mouldings. They didn't pull the frame so now my bumper and hood doesn't fit right. They also didn't replace a lot of the parts that the insurance company paid for.Service: Painting

SCAM!!!!! Completely messed up my vehicle . My van door doesn’t work after he “repaired it”. Visible dents and inside panel keeps falling off. I would of been better off keeping the accident damage with a working van door. The paint doesn’t match. I picked up in the rain and stupidly I didn’t go over throughly before signing papers. He made sure they cashed the check before I picked up so the insurance company wasn’t able to stop the check. Tom claimed he would fix his mistakes, we never heard from him again.
