Master tech and owner Eric and his guys are awesome! They're professional and diligent. Whether it's regular maintenance, engine work, suspension work, or anything else, they will do it right and timely. My old E90 drives like a brand new car because I come to Eric whenever it needs anything.

Eric is direct when it comes to what needs to be done - no half ass jobs and no unnecessary up-sells. He treats customers well and charges very fair rates. He treats every customer fairly because he wants everyone that comes through his shop to be a return customer, and if you're not his customer yet, you need to be.

I bought a BMW 335i Performance that started showing a CEL when I got it. In the span of 6-7 months I went to 3 different shops and none were able to correctly diagnose the issue and one didn't even look at the car because it had a tune (all shops with 4.6+ stars reviews). Eric took it, diagnosed it in a day, said it would take a week to fix it. They didn't even take a week and it was a pretty involved repair.

During the process, Eric was direct and asked exactly what I wanted and was completely straightforward and detailed about the diagnosis and repair. Prices are fair. I am relieved to know that I have a reliable shop to take my car to from now on. Can't recommend...read full review
