Decent store, but please stop hounding your customers. There’s no reason I should be asked if I need help or be promoted something five times when I was only there for 15–20 minutes max. I’m not sure whether the employees choose to do this or are required to, but please let people shop and look around in peace.
This is my new favorite Ulta. I went in there looking for a foundation match and all the workers were so sweet and helpful. Janet helped me with my shade match and even told me tips on how to apply my foundation better overall. She even recommended me products within my budget. If anyone ever needs a shade match or makeup application help, I’d recommend asking for her.
Went to Ulta for the first time, and didn't know where to start. Then I saw Benji, and asked him 101 questions and he was so amazing! He helped me and my mom get the perfect products for each others needs and explained everything thoroughly. What a pleasant shopping experience!!
