Ms. Anne is a literally hero in disguise. My son was super nervous to get his first haircut and she was exactly the person we needed to get him comfortable. His haircut was amazing and he left with a huge smile on his face telling anyone who would listen that he got a handsome haircut. I cannot recommend her enough!!
It was about 30 mins to close and we wandered in, just to see if that was feasible or should we schedule for the next day. She immediately took her back and had her shampooed, cut, and styled within 30 mins. She did a great job, they were both so friendly, and they didn't have to take her but they did.
Our son has gotten his hair cut here since he was pretty little and they’ve always been kind, respectful and understanding! He was a screamer when he was little and they never made us feel bad about it. Now that he’s older he does great watching Paw Patrol during his haircut and loves the lollipop he gets after!
Edited to add: there are so many negative reviews, but we’ve been here 18 times since 2021 with our neurodiverse kiddo and have seen multiple stylists with great results!
