I was on a weekend getaway to DC and my frames snapped in half at the bridge. My wife googled and found this place and within an hour of dropping off my glasses they were fixed! I then broke them again on the uber back to DC and he re-repaired them free of charge! He saved my trip!!! Very good customer service!
What an amazing job! A pair of my favorite glasses, no longer being sold, that I thought were destined for the trash came back looking like new. I couldn't even see where the glasses were repaired other then they were shipped broken in half at the nose bridge and came back looking like new. I was worried that maybe the sodering or seam would be visible, but absolutely not. Hopefully, no more glasses break, but if they do, I know who to contact.
The arm for my glasses snapped over the lens. They were able to weld back over the lens with no damage to the lens. When wearing my glasses the weld cannot be seen. From shipping my glasses out to receiving them back to my home only took 8 days. The box they sent them back in was very strong protecting glasses from damage in transit. Unfortunately my glasses are very expensive and cost over $1,300. For $60 they returned them almost like new. The ear hooks were starting to delaminate and they were misaligned before the repair. Both things were fixed without me even asking.
