I’ve been seeing Alyssa regularly for 4+ years and she’s consistently excellent.
She’s highly skilled massage therapist, for targeted or rehab-focused work and/or for regular health care maintenance. Communication is clear and responsive. Alyssa makes people feel at ease while keeping expectations straightforward—which honestly is exactly what you want in this kind of setting.
I’ve referred several friends and my partner (he is famously hard to convince when it comes to massages in general), and they all trust her when they need real results.

Strata Massage Therapy was recommended to me by my physical therapist to help ease the pain in my shoulders. Besides giving an excellent massage, Alyssa has recommended and demonstrated exercises that have greatly improved the circulation and movement in my shoulders and upper back. Alyssa of Strata Massage Therapy is the only massage therapist I've seen on a regular basis for over a year. She diagnoses the problem and applies the right techniques and I appreciate her attention to detail, education, and communication. I can't recommend her enough and as someone who strength trains daily, runs, and also sits at a desk too many hours/day, I know how valuable her services have been to my ability to remain active.
