I wish I had discovered this practice sooner. About two years ago, I began treatment for a neck injury, first with physical therapy and later with chiropractic care. While physical therapy provided temporary relief, it did not significantly improve my condition, so I was advised to see a chiropractor.

Unfortunately, the first chiropractor I visited made my condition worse and caused more discomfort than improvement. Fortunately, I found Rockville Family Chiropractic through my insurance provider’s directory. From the very beginning of my treatment, I noticed a significant improvement.

Dr. Kim’s expertise and comprehensive approach set him apart from other practitioners I had seen. Rather than focusing solely on my neck, he evaluated and treated my entire spine. His treatment is never a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, he carefully tailors his care to each patient’s specific condition and needs.

Another aspect I appreciate is the office itself. It is located in a professional medical building and is equipped with modern, high-quality equipment. In addition, I have never experienced any billing issues—everything has always been handled smoothly and professionally.

Although the active phase of my treatment has been completed, I continue to visit the practice for maintenance care and spinal health. I highly recommend Rockville Family Chiropractic to anyone seeking knowledgeable, personalized, and effective chiropractic care.

I can not sing enough praises for Dr Kim. He took the time to get x rays on me before starting my treatment. It did take time, healing takes time. The staff takes good care of their patients. Make sure to get your parking comped

Best chiropractic treatment I ever had and I have had many adjustments over my lifetime. His treatment style is relaxing and effective. No snap, crackle, pop.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kim. I first got there with an auto accident and had some trouble on my upper back and my shoulder area. After getting the first treatment, I could feel the improvement in those areas right away and all pains were gone after few sessions.
Since then i visited him again because of the heel/bone spur on my foot. The pain was so bad that I could hardly walk in the evening. I consulted him about it, and he said he can help me with the pain. Like he said, after a few sessions, I am pain free and walk normally for the first time in 6 months.
I wish I can give him 10 stars. If you are looking for a chiropractor to fix your pain, go to Dr. Kim. I highly recommend him.

I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give 6! Dr. Kim is fantastic! Scheduling was flexible and easily worked around my availability. The staff welcomed me with friendliness and warmth. They made the intake process smooth and efficient, which I really appreciated. Dr. Kim took the time to listen carefully to my history and tailored the treatment based on my prior chiropractic experience. He knew exactly what to do, and my neck and back feels great! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care.

I’ve been in pain for days. Today, I looked for a chiropractor to help me. I booked online with this clinic at 7:45 am, they had an opening at 9:20 am, and it said they would call me to confirm the booking. I assumed it wasn’t confirmed. Because I get hundreds of emails a day, the call was important. It appears they emailed, but I got that at 9:12 am. If they’d called, I could have let them know that I’m 20 minutes away and headed that direction. Instead of a call, I got a text 12 minutes after the start time.

I know very well that people have a business to run, but new patients don’t seek out care just because it might be “fun”.

If you are over 40, need a phone call, or need compassion… book late in the day and just plan on them saying yes. This isn’t the old days where providers cared about their patients. Now we are just a dollar or a nuisance.

Dr.Kim was rude and demeaning and I always felt rushed. The front desk staff is outright rude and unpleasant. They seem more concerned with getting as many patients rather than really focusing on individual care. This is my 5th chiropractor (due to moving) and by far my worst experience
