I came here in order to renew my prescription for contact lenses, and because I changed my insurance, I had to go through the full eye exam, which makes perfect sense. I was explained in advance what are my options and that my insurance covers only some brands (again, highly appreciated to be notified in advance). After we were done with the glasses exam, the doctor provided me with a sample contact lenses and ran another exam (which resulted a different set of contact lenses). When we decided on the right ones, she gave me a few samples to try at home. Overall I'm very pleased with this place and will definitely come again. Thank you!

Expect long delays to see Dr. Kwan; these 40 minute delays were a lot less annoying to contend with at Montgomery Mall than they are now at a lifeless multi-office medical building in Rockville Pike.

Dr Stephen Kwan is the BEST! Dr Kwan has been my eye doctor for over 10 years, during which I have had the privilege of being under the care of a caring, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable doctor of eyes. A few years ago Dr Kwan began to win my immovable loyalty when he potentially sacrificed being paid for his vision services by sending me to an opthomogist specialist because of concerns that made him reluctant to provide further of his services. This impressed me so much that I returned for him to complete his evaluation after I received consultation from the other specialist. Now once again this week, Dr Kwan again spent 1 1/2 hrs working through some eye issues with me. He then did a 2nd followup with dilation not worrying about his cost and time but more concerned for my eyes. He is incredible and a unique Doctor in this age of impersonal doctors more concerned for crashing in as many patients in as little time as possible. As far as I can control, Dr Kwan will be my eye Doctor for life. Thank you Doctor Kwan.

Very good service, very professional. Dr. Wand took the time to do a very thorough exam and I felt very confident I got a good exam. She is very nice and is hands on with insurance so it was very clear to us what the cost would be.

Very professional, good service. I especially like how transparent they are about pricing compared to other optometrists and how they made an extra effort to check with my insurance provider and explaining my benefits before selling me anything. Also I have had problems in the past with getting the wrong prescription for my glasses, but Dr. Wang was very careful and I did not have that problem at all here.
