The water in my home would stay extremely hot and there was no between hot and cold coming from the faucet. I called RV Heating and Plumbing and a technician was sent out the next day to check what could be the problem. After throughly checking the hot water heater it was determined I needed a new hot water heater. The heater was ordered and in a few days I was notified the heater was read for installation.
I can not say enough about the excellent service I received from RV Carey during the installation of the heater. The technician that installed the heater was absolutely fantastic!! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions. Not only was the technician that installed the heater 1st class , the two technicians that delivered the new heater and removed the old heater was 1st class as well.
I could never t ask for better service than the service I received from RV Carey’s Plumbing and Heating. From the time I called their office to make an appointment to the installation and delivery of the water heater, I received the best service a customer could get!! RV Careys you get an A+++ rating from me. Thank you for a job very, very well done. I am ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

The folks from RV Carey came this morning to work on a plumbing emergency in my building. The source of the leak was the unit upstairs from mine that had been vacant for a while, and most of the damage was in the unit below, but they had to come into my place to cut into the wall and get the cracked pipe out. Ricky and crew were very friendly and courteous, they worked quickly, and they cleaned up carefully. I appreciated their professionalism and hard work.

Unsure why the people below are criticizing Marlon & RV Cary. We have the pleasure of having them as our trade partner/plumbing contractor on a massive project for USPS, and they have continuously gone and beyond for us. Their scope has had a lot of changes, differing site conditions and many other challenges, yet, they have remained proactive and solution oriented. They are a go to contractor for us.

Richard Lopez, Ricky Vera and Gerardo Rios respected our house. They placed cardboard mats throughout our basement to protect the carpeting while excavating the concrete floor. At the end of each day, tools were stored, the job site was swept clean, and excavation debris were placed outside in orderly piles. These simple acts inspired confidence in their professionalism.
They treated my wife and me with respect. This work was complicated; much of it was below grade, through wall studs and interfacing existing work. They answered our curious questions clearly and with a smile. We asked them to place inspection plates, valves and pipes in discrete locations wherever possible. Before anything was made permanent, they proactively discussed our preferences and sought our consent. They were professional gentlemen and were welcome in our home.
At the end of the day, nothing leaks. That’s the sign of a plumbing job well done. Their courteous, respectful and accommodating manner only added to our satisfaction. Our new bathroom is on its way to completion.

This was by far the most disappointing experience with a plumber I have ever had.
I took off a whole day of work to wait for them bc I was given a window of 10-2 which is a large window already. They never showed up - when I called it turns out I somehow was never on the schedule/roster.
I was rescheduled for 2 days later and told 9 am. At 9:35 am there was still no show so I called again and told the plumber was on his way- traffic. I understand people being late but there was no communication whatsoever. The plumber diagnosed the issue and was in and out about approximately 30 minutes. However when we received the bill we were charged for 2 hours worth of time+ a scheduling fee ( which based on above their scheduling is terrible) and a miscellaneous supply fee ( all that was used was a flashlight to look down...) with a second opinion, I also believe that my problem was also misdiagnosed.
This is by far disappointing in terms of honor system and this company is not to be trusted. I would rate this company 0 stars for their dishonesty if I could.

I needed a new townhouse water valve. On the phone they told me it's $130/hour plus the part, around $60. They took my credit card info. They get one star for doing the job. What they did NOT tell me, and buyer beware: They charge $90 just to make the phone call to make an appt. They charge for use of their tools to do the job. So my $450 (3 hours plus the part) became $725. They insist they told me they were going to charge to make the phone call and use their tools. If they did I would not have used them.
