One of the two technicians was being supervised and in-training. I was not informed of this arrangement in advance. His supervisor was very skilled and helpful in answering questions and discussing options for further repairs.

They did a great job installing our new HVAC unit. They explained what they going to do, pressure-tested it to ensure no leaks, tested the heat & cooling temp, and taught me how to use the new thermostat. I would recommend them.

They were amazing. Did a great job on the install. They left a box that the filter came in so I knew what to get next time. They set up the app on my phone to control the thermostat. They found some problems with what I had before. They showed me the pictures. They answered all of my questions. They cleaned the house before they left. They took all of their trash. What more can I ask for? They get a perfect score from me.
