I can only review Bryan Argueta, a senior technician who quickly and very professionally resolved several issues with an earlier installation job on two new fancoil units. He also completed a regular maintenance assessment on two older fancoil units. He’s thorough, methodical, and excellent at explaining both the work he’s doing and ongoing maintenance needs. Would definitely work with him again.
This review is specifically to praise Bryan Argueta, a senior technician for Quality Air. As with any home renovation, mechanical systems often have difficulties adapting old and new technologies into an existing space. Our project presented great complexity for integrating old and new fan coils smoothly. Brian’s expertise managed this challenge with ease and resolved several pernicious technical misalignments. At first was disappointed that the very knowledgeable person who diagnosed my HVAC problem was not the person who came to fix it. I should not have been. Jose and Morgan worked diligently to put in my new coils even after they ran into a few curve balls. They kept me informed and explained my option. I signed up for the maintenance plan.
