The front desk staff throughout the various clinics were less than welcoming. Also I have 50 years of blood pressure being taken but I have never experienced such pain in my arm; it was from the bp cuff by what looked like an experienced triage nurse (who appeared rushed off her feet). Had to request the cuff to be removed.
Dr. Mekonnen was great and he almost made up for the rushed factory-like atmosphere of the clinic.

Everyone is courteous and professional. My doctors are always on time. And they take the time to explain issues, as well as answers my questions.I am so happy with Dr. Mekonnen.Thank you so much for believing me that my spleen injury occurred during one of my sleep walking events (because most doctors don’t)!

Aside from m the pushy front desk staff, I had a no nonsense straight to the point and amazing experience. Dr. Mekonnen was thorough and nice. The sleep center staff, namely Monica, was very nice and professional! The turn around time from initial evaluation to the time I received my CPAP machine was less than 3 weeks! Would highly recommend if you can set your expectations of the front staff aside.
