I've been with CSCC for a couple years for managing my sleep apnea, and they've been great. Recently, I had a billing issue with the auto-delivery of my CPAP supplies, and Keaira got back to me within 24 hours, letting me know she'd make the billing team aware. I really appreciate her fast response and professionalism.
Keiaria was able to resolve my quarterly BiPAP equipment issue quickly and professionally. By mail, I had received the wrong mask and a heated tube that was incompatible with my machine. I brought in what I had received and my machine. She quickly assessed and provided what was needed. She personally updated their database so I will receive correct equipment next time and sent me an email documenting what she distributed. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
