In preparing for an telemedicine appointment, Ms.Deniqua G called me to confirm my medical history and prepare me for the telecom with the doctor. Ms. Deniqua was cheerful, polite, professional and had a warm and welcoming attitude throughout the call. She has a very good sense of humor, making light of an issues with her computer running slowly, while still getting the necessary information in a timely and efficient manner. Myesha is amazing. She is patient and supportive and really put me at ease. I was very nervous starting cpap but she is so caring and helpful that I am having a good experience. Love working with her.
