I can’t say enough good things about PetWellClinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to make Joy Boy feel comfortable, which was no easy task since he can be a little nervous around strangers.
The veterinarian was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything about the process of microchipping and heartworm prevention.
What stood out the most was the genuine care and attention they gave to my pet. It’s clear that everyone here loves what they do and prioritizes the health and happiness of their patients.
The facility was also spotless and well-organized, which added to my confidence in their services.
Thanks to PetWellClinic, Joy Boy is already on the mend from his testing and microchip shot, and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful team to care for him. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care!

I've visited this clinic three times for the same issue that has yet to be resolved, and while the staff and vets are very nice, the experience has been frustrating. I've been charged an exam fee, even though my pet's anxiety prevented the vets from ever actually examining her (My dog has never reacted out of anxiety to the vet/ routine shots before coming here). I was also prescribed anxiety medication for my dog that didn’t work, leaving me stuck with extra costs for something that didn’t help. I wish there was more consideration and a fair approach to billing for services that weren’t fully provided.
