Decided to try this place with a vague memory that I may have gone when they first opened. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience. First, they do not make the match of colors easy (I wanted dip manicure and gel pedicure but after spending 20 mins searching for colors I just decided to go a gel manicure/pedicure). Ml
The color was okay but after she finished you could still see through the nail polish (with gel!!). It seems like the polish was cheap. Within 4 days my nails were chipping AND my nail spilt both on my thumb and big toe ( which I’ve NEVER had happen before). I’m extremely annoyed at the quality and price of this nail salon and unfortunately don’t recommend.

Been there many times. Depends on the technician. All are very friendly and pleasant but the skills are varied. Gel pedi is $ 55, including taking off old gel polish. Repeatedly someone tried to charge extra for removal or claimed extra for callus removal gel I didn’t request. Seems to be a thing there. So be warned about that - but if you point out that their price list states $ 55, you will receive a good pedi in a comfy chair.

The outside of the salon looks nice and new but when you walk in it’s so old and dirty. I did a manicure and pedicure. There was no type of customer service and they use all the old tools I had to wash my hands right after service. To remove my nail polish they put some used gloves on my hands you can tell they were used by the way it was so wrinkly and had sharpie marks on them. I was so disgusted I took them off and she saved them in a draw for someone else instead of throwing it out. All their tools look like they are not sanitized. When I got a pedicure done she buffed my toe nails with a really old used buffer that was ripping apart. They do not even have sandals for you to walk around on after your pedicure so you have to walk around the salon bare footed. The pedicure chair looked so worn down and old I didn’t even bother to use the massage feature. The chairs for the manicure are all cracked up and ripped up. If the place had newer things, was cleaner and had better customer service they would make so much money because that location is a great location.

I went in to remove gel and the lady didn't even use foil paper removal process. She completely filed down my nails and it's been a week and my natural nails are hurting and breaking. She also hurt my nail during gel removal process. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.

The quality of my nails turned out very similar to a pic posted by someone else with the white nails. Terrible!!! And she didn't even clean my nails appropriately.

Wish I could give them negative stars at this point. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. The girl named Mina did it. She used very hot wax and she ended up burning my skin. Then she argued with me when I told her she either cut me or burnt me. I was quite upset but whatever I was gonna pay, leave and never go back to the salon. I gave her my credit card to run the charge. She then said “tip me”. I was flabbergasted. Tipping you? Why? You burnt my skin and didn’t even apologize. Do not go to this salon.
