Absolutely the worst service. Spent tons of money and the customer service has gone to crap. After scheduling weeks ago they call 2 hours before appointment to "charge" a "new" patient fee. After years of paying for services. Literally, a 10 minute service ~ guess they need the money...and there goes another Black Owned Business...the front desk person clearly doesn't know how to speak to people, major attitude and no understanding THEY messed up!!!
I took my teenage son for treatment of mild acne there for 8 months with no significant improvement, no troubleshooting different medicine regimes. They were very insistent that the only solution is to take the adapaline pill, which they wanted us to do after the first initial 6 weeks. I refused because of the side effects of oral treatment. They didn't switch us to different topical solutions which our new dermatologist has done with great results. Maragh dermatology is probably commissioned by the company that makes adapaline to sell their product. Dont give them your business if you want actual treatment from medical providers who will listen to your needs
The front desk here is full of females with attitudes. My experience spans over the course of two different days. We were rescheduled due to an impending ice storm that was never forecasted and didn't even happen. It was sunny and dry 1.5 hours after they called to reschedule. It was standing room only. They couldn't accommodate that many rescheduled patients at once and the operation that day showed! Staff and providers looked and acted stressed. During another incident over the phone, Taylor at the front interrupted me and then proceeded to tell me that I'm not nice while explaining my concerns with the front desk operations because I wouldn't let her interrupt me.
