only gave me my tax returns at 1130pm on tax day, despite me being on time and responding to all requests. ignored any of my questions trying to understand my taxes. no proactive communication. so stressful!!

Very Expensive!!! Late getting returns done in time, Under staffed and blames customer when returns are delivered in a timely bases. Michael Cohen in particular was unpleasant and blamed everyone but himself for company being understaffed and getting returns completed late. they charge $350 per hour plus $150 for any phone calls - Extremely expensive!!! i feel that they took advantage of a senior by over charging. I would not recommend their services .
