Background: I came back from school at The James Madison University and wanted to find a gym that fit all my needs, and help me pursue all of my goals. That was weight lifting and building muscle.
Amenities are awesome, and I mean really awesome, but when I met Alex a friend from back home who’s also a personal trainer there during my first day, he and I talked for a few minutes and caught up with each other. He knew what I was looking for, and he understood my goals and wants when it came to lifting. He works with all ages, and understands each person by their own goals it seemed. I enjoy going to this gym. Staff is wonderful. Kind and attentive. Instructors are well prepared and classes are fun. The weight area usually gets busy after 4:30pm. I wish they had a few more benches in that area.
