My first visit to Kenhaven was when my 19 year old cat, Pandora, had to be euthanized. The staff were so compassionate, kind, and understanding. I felt cared for and I knew that my baby was in good hands leaving the world.

First and foremost, the front end staff is AMAZING. We have been going to Kenhaven for 5yrs and have always felt heard with any concerns, our Bullies have always been treated with such love and compassion. We have never been ushered into procedures or medication that were unnecessary or too soon, a check up whenever any of our bulls have anything new (medication, procedure, etc.) I always recommend Kenhaven when asked.

The tech we had did not know how to hold a dog properly and made us feel uncomfortable. Other service was fine.

The staff at Kenhaven are absolute angels – from the front desk, the vet nurses, and the doctor. I love LOVE that they are thoughtful enough to have two entrances, one for dogs and one for cats. This might seem small for some pet owners but not for us. We adopted our ginger from the shelter when he was 9 and is terrified of any other humans and animals especially dogs (we adopted him and agreed not to get any other pets due to how scared he is). He is now 17 years old and has never been to another vet!!!!!!
Being allowed to bring him into the cat side without the worry of running into a dog on the way in or in the waiting area makes Tristan’s experience literally stress free.
Along with the two entrances they are extremely flexible with scheduling – I work full time and cannot wait around, so they let me drop him off in the morning and pick him up after work. They always call me early afternoon with updated/how he is doing and ask how I would like to move forward. They allow time to weigh out your options and do not pressure you. Id take the reviews saying pet parents are being pressured with a grain of salt.
The only thing is I wish we had some kind of pet insurance on Tristan because the bills are kind of high but its so worth it for how Tristan is treated when he goes in. I know he’s "just a cat" but he's our family and he’s treated with kindness and a lot of love when hes there. If you sign up online you get some amazing coupons to stock up on pet food and they are always emailing deals and discounts.
When we go and pick Tristan up they always tell us how much of a lovebug he is and that they love hugging on him while he waits for mom to pick him up. For Tristan to be so comfortable around them speaks volumes to how he’s treated when I am not around. I trust Tristan in their care and will never move vets. Kenhaven is family. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our old man <3

Every time I have visited Kenhaven I've always been met with really nice staff and Drs who made me feel like my precious babies were being taken care of. Even when I had to put down my cat a couple years ago I was met with such care and sympathy. I will continue to go here for all my pets treatment and yearly check ups.
