I've often driven past Jenn Shin Studio when I'm in Rockville, and since I was looking for a new stylist, I decided to finally reach out. From my first conversation with Jenn to scheduling my appointment, she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She truly cares about her clients -- even though she wasn't accepting new ones, she took the time to recommend stylists at her studio who would be a great fit for my needs. I ended up booking with Cindy, and she did not disappoint! She was so sweet and did an amazing job with both my cut and color. I’ve been coming to Jenn Shin Studios 8 years and am only now writing a review, oops. Jenn Shin, the owner, is one of the most knowledgeable hair stylists with a team who she personally trained to become the very talented stylists that they are. I’ve done it all…. full bleach, balayage, foilayage, hair cuts, toners, hair treatment, head spa, hair styling (curls for my engagement shoot). They are hands down the best salon to go to for your hair needs, but because they are the best, be nice to them as they are pretty booked up for bigger services. Love this salon!! Rachel is the BEST. She has magical hands. Not only is she a great stylist, but she’s also the Scalp specialist there!! My head spa experience was a 10/10. She walked me through everything she was doing and I felt so comfortable and relaxed the whole time.
