We met Ivy through a closed social media group where she was always open and eager to help. So we thought she might be a good choice to help us with our refinance situation. After reaching out to her, we learned that her partner Yuan is a financial advisor and a realtor, so we ended up having an extensive conversation in our initial call. Ivy from HY financial did refinance for me and I got an amazing interest rate. She was very responsive and held my hand through the whole process. I didn’t have to do much but to provide documents needed. She explained very well what each number means and offered a great deal as well. Would use again for my next mortgage need.
