Seth Cranford was proficient, clean, polite, and pleasant. Such a good plumber at a reasonable price, and honestly, he could have told me anything. Instead, he had integrity and professionalism. We’ll use Heil again.
Steven Zimmerman and Aaron came to check up on our HVAC in our new house in Germantown. It was an older unit that suddenly stopped working right when the heat of summer was beginning to ramp up. They were upfront, honest and extremely knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing at every stage of the process and took care in educating us about our system. They diagnosed the system and explained what we needed to do to get it up and running. They also gave us options and ran us through scenarios of future repairs that might be needed. After a different company told me I’d need to replace the entire kitchen faucet to address the leaking sprayer hose I called Heil for second opinion. Eric Y came out and quickly determined what part was needed, ordered it and then came back a few days later to install it – much cheaper than a new faucet! I won’t call anyplace else next time a plumber is needed, great to find an honest company.
