They removed the damaged flooring, waterproofed the balcony door, and even assisted with moving furniture around during the process. Despite their initial efforts, the issue persisted, but they didn't give up. Using thermal devices, they identified that the water was actually coming from the rooftop, down the wall frame studs, and into the floor.Once the true source was identified, they promptly waterproofed the rooftop, and after the next rain, I was relieved to see that no water came through.
