Henry Kinte replaced the compressor in our refrigerator. After 24 hours the repair seems to be successful. However, he left our kitchen in a mess. There were tiny dark oil spots ALL over the kitchen. I think the machine he was using spewed a fine spray of oil all over the room. We spent 2 hours cleaning up!!

Our appointment was moved by the main office and we were not informed. It wasn’t until we called in that we learned that we no longer had an appointment. We were also quoted a certain price over the phone and then when the service was done it was double what we were quoted. We would not use this company again. YeaService: Microwave repair

I called on Saturday morning seeking repair of a refrigerator. Henry came out later that afternoon and provided us with an diagnosis and a couple of options for repairs. Because we were in a rush to get the refrigerator fixed, he came back Monday evening and stayed until 11 pm. Although the refrigerator still had a Freon leak when he left Monday evening, he was back the Wednesday afternoon to fix the leak. Henry appeared to be very knowledgeable about our unit and was extremely eager to please us!
