So far, as a renter, Goldberg Group has been great to work with. The application process was clear and efficient. Specifically, Eileen was helpful, communicative and kind. Being a month into the rental, the team has been responsive and on top of tasks. For maintenance requests, Denzel has been beyond comparison to most landlords - knowledgeable and very understanding. Melissa and Joant have been great points of contact for admin requests and every time I've called the office, someone answers immediately and we end the call with a solution. I am feeling very optimistic and happy that I moved to a home managed by this group.
