I have rented with Menkis for several years, since my previous management company owner retired. I was kind of surprised to see a low rating, as I've found Sid and the rest of the MRE team to be incredibly responsive and dedicated. They're perhaps a bit understaffed, which means things do sometimes slip through, but that's an exception, not a rule. Let me tell you a story which I think illustrates how seriously these guys take their duties: My dishwasher needed replaced. A new one was ordered. The contractor called and got it all setup, delivery, install, removal of the old one, scheduled for Saturday. Well... the delivery guys get here and tell me they don't do any of the other stuff. Just drop it off. And the guy who does installs is on vacation or some nonsense. This is the dishwasher company, a large installer and supplier -- not Menkis. Well, I was fairly annoyed, and I left a message with Sid letting him know what happened. I honestly didn't expect anything else to happen.... A few hours later, Sid and his father in law, a retired plumber, are at my house getting this thing installed and dealing with the weird flooring, cabinets, etc. I don't expect that level for most stuff, but that is above and beyond. And, at the end of the day, it was for a dishwasher -- an annoyance to not have, sure. But... it wouldn't have been the end all.

Orlando Rent A Villa by Eagle Management is Awesome. They get no disappointment out of me so far. I have used them several of years now. They are the only ones that I use for My Florida Vacations. Their Vacation Homes are Lovely. I recommend that you give them a try.

Great management. Sid was very responsive and always got any issues fixed in a timely manner while keeping us informed. We loved the house we rented. Will definitely look for a place with Menkis if we move back to the area.
