I live in another part of Maryland and came to Rockville because of the professional seamstress talents! Amazing! And as a first responder, I'll always respond favorably to this establishment. R.

I love this place. I've been going there for 10 years. I've tried other places after moving a bit farther away but couldn't find a place with customer service like Friendly Cleaners. They are so nice and I've never had a shirt come back with brittle buttons as often happens elsewhere. Basic alterations are always high quality. Haven't had major alterations done there. Also try the bakery two doors down. Kind people and delicious food.

I've been going to Friendly Cleaners for my dry cleaning for at least two years now and they always do a good job. The lady is always super friendly and even fixed the button on my coat for free. I've also had two of my pants shortened here for $10 each I believe. They always give you the option for next day pick-up, including tailoring.
