By far the best experience with this crew. We had tenants move out of our rental and it was a moisture riddled mess! We called and they immediately showed up the next day and went to work. 10/10!!

We recently experienced flood, affecting 30 units from the 5th floor down to the 1st, and once again, First Onsite delivered exceptional service. Billy and his team responded promptly and efficiently, completing the remediation of all affected units in just one week. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire process. This is the third time we’ve used First Onsite, and they continue to exceed expectations every time. We are incredibly grateful for their consistent, high-quality work and highly recommend their services!

I had a flood in Florida and it was my lucky day when Rolyn was recommended to me. I was in New Jersey and Jason called multiple times to let me know what was happening... When I arrived in Fl Gary met me and helped me deal with my insurance company. He was there every step of the way to guide me. Everyone was very responsive and Tamar( in the Deray office ) was wonderful when the check issued by the insurance company had to be endorsed. It was done in record time!!! I hope I don't need their services again but will definitely keep their number in my book!!
