Alex, Chris, Atilo, and William did a great job with the water mitigation and mold remediation in my bedroom extending around my chimney! They answered all of my questions and were friendly and professional. They cut out a large section of wall, drywall, insulation, firewall, and moldy areas, as well as part of my ceiling. They prepped very well and contained the area, where they were working. They did a good job cleaning up the mess. I definitely will use ServPro again if needed.
Outstanding from start to finish!
The water damage claim from a kitchen sink drain pipe leak turned into a significantly more complicated task including asbestos abatement and mold remediation. During the work, a serious structural issue was discovered with the home's foundation which required independent repair.
From the outset, the ServPro team were professional and communicated very well throughout the process.
While everyone involved from ServPro did great work, I'd especially like to commend Christovo and Benjamin for their OUTSTANDING restoration and repair work - true craftsmen that take great pride in their work.
