The estimator, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. The company was extremely responsive. They scheduled the estimate the day after I called, Jennifer was on time and pleasant, and Jennifer scheduled the work a mere three business days after the estimate. As icing on the cake, their pricing was remarkably lower than the competition. Anthony and Sons is my new go-to for any future heating or air conditioning needs.

and wanted to tell my story for future customers.

Two weeks ago, I came across Anthony & Son through a Facebook advertisement purely for cheaper price they offered, when my Airconditioner stop working. I contacted them and they responded promptly. I uploaded pictures, they never even visited me but provided two solutions and a schedule date for installation. I had one of two of my ACs not working and few visitors coming home to stay. I had three offers from companies. The cheapest one was this. I was very skeptical though. Because I’ve not seen them at all and I have to pay and advance amounting to 1/3rd of the price. So I took one hour drive to Rockville Maryland to see where they are located before I gave a check. They had not so impressive office, for a good reason, probably because they rather give customer better price than spending money to maintain luxury office.

They contacted me several times since then about the scheduling of installation and what to expect on that day and came to my home by 9.30 am, exactly as scheduled. Then I became very concerned when I realized that I gave the wrong location of my indoor air condition unit, instead of one on the upstairs, one downstairs. Upstairs air condition unit had very little room for Evaporator Coil. They called the company to find a solution. They finally got a Coil that fits my alternative unit, while they were replacing the outside unit. I know for sure another Air Condition company would have simply returned and rescheduled for another day, perhaps charge additionally.

Within few hours, ice cold air started coming from my upstairs, below 98 degree hot roof. Two technician who are probably less than 30 years age handled whole installation better than any technician done in my homes for last 20 years. One young technician was the son of the owner Rafeal. Charlie Marquez was leading the work. If you are lucky enough to get them, you don’t have anything worry about.

All that excellent performance and service cannot just happen. I’m sure leadership of Rafael, founder and the leader of Anthony & Son Indoor Air Quality, LLC, Whom I’ve never met but spoke briefly, was probably the reason for that great organization. My other air conditioner is probably will break soon and by now you can guess whom I’ll give that job to.

Don’t be hesitate ever to call them when you need them next time. All the other HVAC companies are just junk, at least the companies who had serviced me in the past.
