From the moment we started meeting with contractors for renovating our kitchen, master bathroom and a few other smaller jobs, we were big fans of our project manager Lakeisha. Knowledgeable, personable and worked with us to get our job done as quickly as possible. Whenever we didn't know what to do, or if an appliance might not fit, a quick test to Lakeisha would fix it. We plan on doing more in the future and will definitely be sticking with Experts Remodle.

But let me tell you why. In a time we are used to poor customer service, disappointment, no follow through and poor outcome, Lakeisha and the contractor Vito cannot compare to anyone else when it comes to customer service and quality of work. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! A few of my retired contractors friends who saw the work and heard about how everything was handled told me that that's the best they've ever seen and heard of. Lakeisha went to bat with the insurance company and got done what I needed to get done. I did not need to handle talking to the insurance company once I filed a claim she handled EVERYTHING!!! After consulting with four different contractors, we hired Experts Remodel to do our kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier. David was great from start to finish, offering advice on everything from groute color to cabinet configuration. We were able to design our dream kitchen, and David and his team executed it perfectly. What really impressed me was their willingness to make small changes (ie we'd like the hanging light eight inches closer to the wall) that would require a decent amount of work on their end but would result in our perfect kitchen.
