2026-05-17: Just had to take a moment to share my experience with Donmar Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. From an HVAC service visit, cracks in the heating exchanger were discovered. Because of inflexibility with additional needed services involving the water heater and sump pump, I began obtaining price quotes from other services. Michael W. quickly came out, listened to and addressed ALL of my concerns, assessed the physical situation, and provided a very reasonable quote of proposed services. Our Thermostat shut off late on a Friday during a July heatwave. Via text, the technician was able to suggest what the problem might be and we got it working within an hour. We had a house full of people, so I can’t tell you how grateful I am.

They were punctual and detail oriented professionals, answered all questions timely and installed the system within 4 days from signing the contract: all our future HVAC needs, Donmar is our company.
