If I could give this place a negative rating, I absolutely would. Within just one year, they’ve gone through three different doctors, which already says a lot about the instability here.
Every time I need a copy of my immigration medical exam forms, I have to wait forever. The phone is never answered, and when I go to the office, the doctor is never there. I walked in at 3 PM today, and the front desk rushed me, saying they were about to close—despite their posted hours clearly stating they close at 5 PM.
The pricing is outrageous and completely inconsistent. Previously, I was charged $50 for a copy of my records. Today, they charged me $150 for the exact same thing. There seems to be no regulation or standard—just charging whatever they feel like. It honestly feels like they take advantage of immigration applicants who are under time pressure and have no choice but to comply.
This place is extremely unethical. I will never deal with them again under any circumstances, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this place at all costs.

Went in for a medical exam to adjust my status and it was very easy. Very kind staff who made the experience very pleasing and less worrisome. Big thank you to everyone here. Thank you a million.

Good beside manner when you can get an appointment. Rather unreliable about refilling prescriptions and hard to get on the phone. I have not seen the doctor for a while, there only seems to be a nurse-physician on duty. I'll probably change my provider.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Got in for an Immigration Physical within a week & after only one visit, received the form we needed for the Green Card. AND for cheaper than any other medical center was offering. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I ordered one test and they ended up doing the other. In additon, the wait was extremely long. I won’t go back there and won’t recommend it.

Not sure if my last on went thru. The so called doctor which i found out is an assistant nurse practitioner is some shit. Had to call her a bum bitch. Dr Brown? What rock did you find her under? No empathy. Just there for a paycheck. And if she has a problem with what i said. She got the address. Send whomever...

"Well we told everyone!" I guess I'm a "nobody" because they didn't tell me the doctor's been out for months. Did you email or call? I'm sorry but a NP is not an MD and sometimes you just need to see an actual doctor. You know they're going to bill you the doctor's rate regardless ... I took off of work for this? What a waste of time. I should charge THEM for missing my appointment! There are a lot of sketchy medical centers and I'm glad I got out of there without a bill. How good can the doctor be and let this happen?

This place has absolutely no professionalism. It took me 5 calls just to get prescription sent to the pharmacy. What a terrible experience
