I hate leaving negative reviews, and I normally don't do this. However, after being a patient at this office for over a year, I feel that I need to share my experience. Unfortunately, it seems that almost every time I visit, my experience gets worse.

About two weeks ago, I went to the office regarding results from a test that had been performed. During the visit, I was told that a simple test could not be done because the office apparently did not have the gel/supply needed to perform it. I found this extremely disappointing. As a patient, I expect a medical office to have the basic supplies necessary to perform the tests and procedures they provide.

Staff and Drs are nice but there doesn’t seem to be coordination. Front desk staff also dont know what they’re doing since I scheduled an appointment for a hep b booster shot and the front desk staff said they had it here. Fast forward to the appointment, I mentioned to the front desk AND the nurse that I was getting the booster today and they said okay. The doctor finally comes in and says they don’t have it here and they’ve never had it….so I took a day off work for this. The entire staff needs to be informed of what vaccinations they offer here (especially front desk) so that people don’t waste their time.

I received a paper bill in the mail from a doctor in this group for my mother's care while at Adventist and there is no option to pay online - only to mail in a paper check or mail in credit card information.

My mom had been in three different hospitals over the course of a month so I've been dealing with a lot of different providers bills and this is the only one that can't take payments online. I read the bill over and over and scoured their web site to make sure I wasn't missing anything but nope, no online payment option.
