APG CARE is a friendly and relaxed healthcare practice with a small, long-standing team. Patients appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, short wait times, and the staff's friendly, polite, and informative approach. Providers, including experienced nurse practitioners and doctors, take the time to listen and address concerns, offering helpful advice and caring bedside manner. The office is clean and conveniently located, with open appointment slots for quicker care. While staff and doctors often do not introduce themselves, patients feel valued and well cared for in this practice that emphasizes personalized attention and quality service.
Staff and Drs are nice but there doesn’t seem to be coordination. Front desk staff also dont know what they’re doing since I scheduled an appointment for a hep b booster shot and the front desk staff said they had it here. Fast forward to the appointment, I mentioned to the front desk AND the nurse that I was getting the booster today and they said okay. The doctor finally comes in and says they don’t have it here and they’ve never had it….so I took a day off work for this. The entire staff needs to be informed of what vaccinations they offer here (especially front desk) so that people don’t waste their time.
I received a paper bill in the mail from a doctor in this group for my mother's care while at Adventist and there is no option to pay online - only to mail in a paper check or mail in credit card information.
My mom had been in three different hospitals over the course of a month so I've been dealing with a lot of different providers bills and this is the only one that can't take payments online. I read the bill over and over and scoured their web site to make sure I wasn't missing anything but nope, no online payment option.
I tried to reach out to the them by phone and the 'contact us' option on their web site - they don't answer the phone and no response...read full review
went once, it was good, every since i havent been able to get a refill on my prescription that the doctor herself told me to ask for… i’ve called and left more then 2 voice mails, spoke to multiple nurses and still nothing; THEY DONT CARE ABOUT UR HEALTH!
