The team at American Custom Contractors were top notch. Amanda in the office, Mike as salesman and Alex as project manager, all went over and beyond their rolls, even so much as working with my insurance company. Each communicated regularly to keep me in the loop. The job turned out beautifully. I would recommend them (I have!) for sure.
I am so happy that I hired American Contractors to replace my old drafty windows and doors, upgrade the insulation, and install new Hardie board siding. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent and everyone was very professional.
William helped me make choices and stay within my budget. Frank, the manager was easy to work with, and he was often present. The crews did excellent work. Everyone was friendly, punctual and very helpful. The workers cleaned up every day, and were even great about dealing with my three large, crazy dogs.

Very satisfied with construction work performed. Roofing, gutters, post replacements, carport repair and soffits plus. Cesar and crew was excellent. Clean up by all crews very good -no qualms. All portions of job start and estimated completion date were on target and communication was good. Customer service was always following up and professional. Four stars because of minor bumpy start. 5 stars once the project got started and the results. Would use them in future for construction projects.
