Yanni has been extremely helpful during the storm repair process dealing with assessments and insurance sling with Kate. James was timely and responsive in working with the covered repairs as well as the upgrades we opted to have done. Alex our project manager had the first wave of repairs completed quickly and they left no trace of construction mess. We are only part way through the complete installation, but look forward to the completed project. In the meantime , they continue to work closely with us
Brad came out to my house to look at the roof and was very respectful / informative. After he looked at it we had a long discussion on how to move forward and what the best move for me would be. I’ve never met a no B.S. contractor. He certainly fits the billet for anyone who needs help. Highly recommend.
Yanni was so helpful inspecting my roof and walking me through the claims process. Unfortunately, our roof does not have enough damage from the hailstorm to file. We really appreciate that he gave us an honest opinion and didn't have us file a claim just to file a claim and make our premium go up.
