Shawn from Aire Serv listened to my concerns and did a very comprehensive inspection of ductwork, home exterior and chimney which all effect air quality. He provided information on what I could fix myself and quotations for solutions his company could provide.
What a pleasure dealing with somebody that actually knows what they’re doing. We’ve had several people come out for our HVAC system, and all they want to do is a cursory look and say this should be replaced this very expensive. This company sent out techs that don’t know anything about actually fixing the Hvac. Air serve of the central Montgomry county was phenomenal. The tech was knowledgeable, very friendly, did not try to upsell anything, explained everything. I strongly recommend using them if you want ethical, knowledgeable, honest help.
