Of course it was the coldest day of the year when we lost our heat. We called Academy Heating & Air Conditioning, a family-owned company, with our request for quick help. Exceptional customer service! As the repair was going to take some time (spare part availability); Academy sent window AC units to ease out the "heat pains". Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue once the HVAC parts arrived.
