She has been straightforward, clear, helpful, and my hairs have completely disappeared. She even gifted me an aloe plant to help with healing, since I didn’t have one. Myself being a transgender woman, she has been extremely welcoming and kind, and she is extremely knowledgeable about what needs to be done to remove my remaining beard hair. Was very impressed with how proactive Soheila was in helping me find an appropriate numbing cream, including providing links to specific products. Very trans friendly, too.
